Carole Sweeting (Director)
Carole Sweeting is the Principal Consultant of Sweeting HR Consulting. Carole is a Human Resources professional with over 30 years of extensive HR and Senior Management experience. Carole has a breadth of experience in the corporate world as well as not-for-profit organisations and in more recent years, small to medium businesses.
Carole possesses a high level of business maturity, together with a warm personality and is driven by values and beliefs. From experience, Carole has learned the art of balancing this with the sometimes harsh realities of business. This expertise will ensure you unleash your workforce potential and that your business remains compliant, whilst at the same time valuing and nurturing your employees. Carole currently consults for a variety of businesses from differing industries, all of which are extremely rewarding, whereby HR is provided as an ongoing outsourced service. This has proven to be incredibly successful.
Vicky Stribrsky
Vicky was born and brought up in South Africa where she lived until she was 18 and then emigrated to UK. Vicky joined the police and served in Blackpool for 10 years but was medically retired out of the force after a car accident. Vicky first met Carole about 7 years ago at a Networking Meeting and kept in contact ever since. Vicky started working for Sweeting HR as the HR Administration Assistant just prior to the very first lockdown last and has since been promoted to an HR Consultant. Vicky continues to draw on the knowledge that Carole provides.
Danielle Slade
Danielle joined the team on 1st November 2021.
She has worked in the personal injury legal sector for the past 25 years delivering excellent customer service and in 2014 obtained the specialist paralegal qualification in personal injury.
In recent years Danielle has worked as the personal assistant to the practice manager providing support with business requirements, company policies and procedures. Danielle was heavily involved with HR administration, recruitment, inductions and return to work interviews. Danielle developed a strong interest for Human Resource work and expanded her knowledge by completing her CIPD level 3 qualification to a high standard.
Danielle has a strong customer service ethos and has the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels.
She will be a very welcome addition to the team at Sweeting HR.
Sarah Jensen
Sarah recently joined Sweeting HR after completing her degree in Business and Management. While working as the HR Administration Assistant Sarah is learning a lot about HR in practice and developing her knowledge from the whole Sweetings HR team.
