The Process
Stage one:
- Creation of an advertisement for the available job role in your business.
- Posting of the job vacancy advertisement on our partner portal; Bluetownonline, providing a greater access to a wide range of on-line job boards and possible candidates for your business.
Stage two:
- Sifting of Curriculum Vitae and cover letter responses to advertisement.
- Producing a list of possible candidates for your scrutiny.
In addition, we can offer:
- Assisting in the notification to candidates for the interview stage.
- Helping to conduct the interviews with the candidates if required.
- Notifying successful and unsuccessful candidates once the process is completed and a desirable employee has been matched to the job vacancy.
Costs
Stage one:
The cost of this valuable service for your company is the charge from Bluetownonline of £319 + VAT Retained Client hourly rate for our time and involvement in preparing the advert and liaising with the on-line provider on your behalf, which is £75 per hour plus VAT.
You will be charged for stage one at the beginning of service and we will provide a copy of the invoice from our partner provider. We get a discounted rate from Bluetownonline as an HR Consultancy. If you went direct to them at this stage the charge is £595 plus VAT.
Stage two:
You will only be charged for stage two once the advert has expired. This cost will be assessed on our level of involvement and varies from client to client. Again, this will be charged at our Retained Client hourly rate of £75 plus VAT.
