Sweeting HR were recommended to us and we are certainly glad they were. Having completely revamped our HR procedures and set up a whole new company policy they have been first class from our meeting with Carole and Lauren to present day. Nothing is too much hassle and Lauren manages our account brilliantly, always on hand to offer advice and to run things by. Rather than viewing the fees as a cost we see them as an investment helping our business greatly. A personal approach to their company makes them exceptionally easy to work with. During the pandemic they have been vital in dealing with the many challenges the company has faced, I dread to think how we would have coped without their support.
